About Me.

I'm Stefan Magdalinski. I've been building websites, both commercial and civic hacks, since about 1995. Sites included the original UpMyStreet, TheyWorkForYou.com, FaxYourMP.com, and the delightful www.moo.com. I did most of this in London, but in August '09 moved to Cape Town, South Africa, to be CEO of Mocality.

Now I run E-Commerce in Sub-Saharan Africa, for MIH, which includes
Mocality (Kenya),
and
Dealfish (Kenya ,Nigeria)

Hence, I'm travelling a lot. You can always find where I am on Dopplr, and I'm on most forms of networking as 'smagdali'

If there's a common thread to my work, it is making obscure data and knowledge available to citizens. Except when it's about doing really cool printing stuff.
